Making a booking, payment and refunds:
During the current Movement Control Order reservations require no deposit or prepayment. When travel restrictions end we may ask Malaysian guests to secure their booking by paying in full by bank transfer two weeks before arrival. If guests cancel after payment is made we will attempt to take another booking in which case we will refund payment. If we are not able to replace the booking we will not refund any payment but offer another booking at a later date.
We try and have rooms ready when guests arrive but occasionally people arrive on an early morning ferry for a room which is being vacated at 11.00 (check out time). If that happens we make guests comfortable in our reception until the room is ready. Covid-19 deep cleaning takes an hour so such guests can move in around 1pm.
