There are two departure points for the ferries to the island – Mersing in Johor state and Teluk Gading, previously called Tanjung Gemok, near Endau in Pahang state.
Both Bluewater ferry and Cataferry can be booked online but for the time being the Bluewater online system is not accepting Visa and Mastercard from outside Malaysia. Bluewater ferries can be booked using Visa and Mastercard through the tiomanferry website.
Bamboo Hill is in Air Batang village (ABC). Some Cataferry departures do not stop at Air Batang jetty in which case you will need to take a taxi (RM10+) to the Marine Park HQ where we will meet you with the sidecar to carry luggage. It is a 15-20 minute walk from there to Bamboo Hill.
